Sun screen in summer is a permanent topic among women. Many women I know keep themselves staying at home if possible and apply all skincare products to reduce the harm their skin may suffer from the blazing sun, but the problem is never solved. Then why it is so hard to keep our skin fresh and healthy in summer? Well, I guess this is because you just haven't found the right way to protect your skin from the fatal ultraviolet rays radiating from the sun. Here in this article I want to share with you my summer skincare tips.
We should set out to protect our skin from two aspects. Firstly, we have to make efforts to improve the condition of our skin. Most skincare products will only nurture the surface of our skin or merely reach the keratin layer. Therefore, they couldn't entirely prevent the harm of ultraviolet rays. This might be something unknown to you. The deeper source of the fragility of our skin is its condition. Only the skin condition is improved can we really keep it rosy and healthy.
To keep the skin condition, you have to retain the repose of mind. It is because negative moods like anger and anxiety caused by heat, ultraviolet rays, computer radiation and murky air will give rise to free radicals which will in turn prompt the secretion of melanin in the skin. And as a consequence, your skin will grow darker and nasty pimples will appear on the skin surface. Still, oral vitamin E is also a good way to prevent the skin condition from worsening in summer. Vitamin E will repair harmed skin cells, retain the moisture in the skin cell and deter the generation of free radicals. Its skin whitening effect will be a big surprise to you.
And the second aspect is applying skincare products. As I have said, skincare products aren't enough to keep your skin intact in the summer, but they can be good compliment to our skincare efforts. However, we should have a different strategy in choosing skincare products in summer. The point is they should help retain the moisture in the skin cell and keep the skin surface fresh. In this sense, I will suggest skincare products rich in herbal ingredients. Besides, the ultraviolet ray protection effectiveness should also be considered. I recommend mild moistening cream because it will effectively prevent ultraviolet rays while not hurting our skin.
To sum it up, we can't rely on skincare products to protect our skin. Instead, improving the skin condition is a more natural way to achieve this purpose. I hope my suggestions will be useful for you.
